96pkr Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "96pkr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at https://96pkr.app and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" refers to the 96pkr website, mobile browser interface, all games, sportsbook, cashier, account management tools, and any other services provided by 96pkr.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 96pkr Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the 96pkr Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you and available in your 96pkr Account for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 96pkr that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount you must wager using Bonus Funds — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — before a withdrawal may be requested.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification, including identity document submission and any additional checks required by 96pkr prior to processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which 96pkr Accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 96pkr registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing and using any feature of the 96pkr Platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 96pkr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions.

03 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 96pkr Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 96pkr strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under 21. Age verification will be conducted during registration and may be requested again at any time.
• You are registering voluntarily as a private individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, trusts, and accounts operated on behalf of another person are prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through 96pkr or through any other gaming platform — that is still within its exclusion period.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• All personal information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one 96pkr Account. If duplicate accounts are detected, 96pkr will close all duplicate accounts. Any Real Money Balance in duplicate accounts may be transferred to the verified primary account at 96pkr's discretion; Bonus Funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.

04 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 96pkr Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. 96pkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 96pkr immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 96pkr may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number where prompted.
• Passwords must be kept strong and not reused from other services. 96pkr will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All 96pkr transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 96pkr supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 96pkr Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. 96pkr does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification steps before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in the cashier. 96pkr targets withdrawal processing within one to three business days, though delays may occur due to banking or mobile wallet processing timelines outside 96pkr's control.
• Withdrawals of funds that originated from a bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully satisfied prior to withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• 96pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests above a defined PKR threshold. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

96pkr offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal may be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slot titles. Game contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 96pkr employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic play designed to reduce variance while meeting wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and coordinated play between accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless otherwise stated, maximum winnings that may be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable Real Money Balance are capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount as stated in each promotion.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 96pkr Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the relevant game information panels.

By playing any game on the 96pkr Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG systems and is not influenced by 96pkr operators, previous game outcomes, or the size of your bet.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 96pkr will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described in Section 8 (Sports Betting Rules) or in the event of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display error — the system log maintained by 96pkr will be the authoritative record of the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to your Account balance.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is made. 96pkr reserves up to 72 hours to verify jackpot claims before processing the associated withdrawal.

08 Sports Betting Rules

The 96pkr sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, international Test matches, and T20 fixtures — as well as other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 96pkr. 96pkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or not completed within 72 hours of the scheduled start time; the event outcome cannot be verified; the bet was placed on an event that had already commenced at the time of placement (unless in-play betting was explicitly offered).
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the market remaining open at the time of confirmation. 96pkr uses a short delay on in-play bets to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast information. Bets placed after the relevant event or action has occurred — as determined by the official data feed — will be voided.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed in the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum payout cap.
• Official Results: 96pkr settles all sports bets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). Protests, DLS adjustments, and post-match disciplinary decisions do not affect settlement unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

09 Responsible Gaming

96pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. Gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed within your means. 96pkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings or via our 24/7 live chat support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Opt-in notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, place bets, or access games. Cooling-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 96pkr Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires. 96pkr will make all reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

96pkr reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or account closure — on any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the user has self-requested such tools.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96pkr Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with all associated funds subject to forfeiture:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or account management.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known software error are void and will be recovered from your account balance.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly live poker, live dealer games, or multi-player titles.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transactions in connection with illegal activity.
• Allowing any third party — including a family member — to operate your 96pkr Account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back any deposit through your bank or mobile wallet provider after the funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 96pkr Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and the overall structure and layout of the Platform — is the property of 96pkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 96pkr.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Use any 96pkr trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 96pkr's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 96pkr Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

96pkr shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how the liability arises:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or events outside 96pkr's reasonable control (including network outages affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking providers in Pakistan).
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds that have been corrected prior to the settlement of the relevant bet.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit 96pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by 96pkr's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

96pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at 96pkr.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 96pkr includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and payment method details. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.

96pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to provide the Platform's services or comply with legal obligations.

14 Amendments to Terms

96pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 96pkr will provide notice via one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform upon your next login, an email to your registered address, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 96pkr Platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described below before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with the 96pkr customer support team via live chat or the email address provided in Section 16. 96pkr will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint.

Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the above timeframe, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. Details of escalation procedures are available from the 96pkr support team on request.
